All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, India.

We currently do not offer store pick-up facilities.

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we cannot combine them due to regulatory and compliance requirements. Shipping charges apply to each order (unless eligible for free shipping).

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please email us at maann.decor@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear product images.
We will arrange a reverse pick-up at no extra cost. Upon inspection at our warehouse:- A replacement will be sent if available.
- If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a credit note for the full value of the product.

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed. However, if you face issues such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours.

Please ensure that returned products are:
- In their original packaging with invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, and boxes intact.
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Payments

We currently do not offer COD. All payments must be made online.

Your payment is safe! Occasionally, technical issues at the payment gateway may cause delays. The amount is usually credited back within 24 hours. If the payment goes through, we will either confirm your order or process a refund.

Shipping Address & Gift Options

Yes, you can update your address before the order is invoiced or dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Due to high order volumes, gift wrapping is only available for customised orders. Please email us for assistance.
Refund Policy

If your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange and a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit note to the registered email address.
