At MAANN, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.
Exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if:
The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
Requisites for refund:

In case of defective product received: product image is required;

In case of Wrong product received: product image required;

In case of Product is different from what is shown on the website – product image required;

In case of Incomplete order received: Product image is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on any items.
Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer.
Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number +919902301970 or Email Us at maann.decor@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product having been delivered. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
REFUND
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that
During peak seasons please allow up to 10-14 business days for your return to process.
